Job Description

The Flour Blender Helper plays a crucial role in the production facility, ensuring that the flour blending process runs seamlessly. This position involves working closely with the Flour Blender Operator to accurately measure and blend various types of flour, adhering to strict quality standards and recipes. A successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Flour Blender Operator in preparing and blending flour ingredients.
• Ensure accurate measurements are taken for all recipes.
• Monitor blending equipment and alert supervisors of any irregularities.
• Maintain accurate logs of production runs and inventory counts.
• Engage in routine upkeep of machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the production area.
• Foster a cooperative team environment by communicating effectively.
• Identify areas for process improvement during mixing operations.
• Provide assistance in the training of new team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a food production or manufacturing role is advantageous.
