Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Church Supervisor to manage our daily church activities. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate events, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure our church operations align with our mission of community service and spiritual growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement programs that engage the community and promote church activities.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for visitors and congregation members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations for outreach collaboration.
  • Create reports on church activities and programs for leadership reviews.
  • Train and mentor new staff and volunteers within the church.
  • Manage volunteers and coordinate their participation in various church activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in church facilities.
  • Evaluate and improve church programs based on feedback and community needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in pastoral care and church administration.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in church leadership or administrative roles.
