Job Description

As a Healthcare Social Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting families facing challenges. You'll work closely with them to assess their needs, develop support plans, and connect them with vital community resources.

Responsibilities

• Document client interactions and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family services or related field.
