Job Description
As a Healthcare Social Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting families facing challenges. You'll work closely with them to assess their needs, develop support plans, and connect them with vital community resources.
Responsibilities
Conduct family assessments to identify areas of need.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Master's degree in Social Work is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in family services or related field.
