Job Description

We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer who will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing complex processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical mindset, experience in process improvements, and a keen ability to drive change effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design process workflows that promote operational efficiency.
  • Engage in root cause analysis to identify process failures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on product development initiatives.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data for trends.
  • Lead Kaizen events to engage employees in process improvements.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure objectives are met.
  • Review and improve safety protocols to enhance workplace safety.
  • Facilitate team discussions to generate innovative process improvement ideas.
  • Assist in the development of recovery plans for production disruptions.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives by optimizing resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering processes
