Job Description

Join our team as a Setter responsible for setting up and operating precision machinery and equipment. You will work closely with blueprints and specific instructions to ensure each piece meets the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and possess strong mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines to produce parts with high accuracy.
• Monitor machinery conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine production processes.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operations.
• Provide feedback to management regarding equipment performance and production challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
