Job Description

As an ERP Specialist, you'll be tasked with implementing, integrating, and maintaining ERP systems to enhance our clients' business processes. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ERP project life cycle for successful implementation.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather client requirements to tailor solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations teams for seamless software deployment.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user manuals.
  • Provide insights to management on system improvements and enhancements.
  • Evaluate new ERP technologies and make recommendations.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts with existing systems.
  • Develop procedures for data entry and retrieval to optimize workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project updates and timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Master's degree is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in ERP system implementation and support
