Job Description

The Piece Maker position requires an experienced individual who excels in manufacturing and assembling various types of equipment. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machinery is in operation condition and report any damages or maintenance needs.
• Assist in the assembly line and monitor production processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and improvements.
• Keep accurate records of production output and quality inspections.
• Support new employees in understanding processes and safety measures.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Some college education or vocational training is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience with CNC machines is a plus.

Technical Skills

• CNC operation
• Lean Manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift certification: Certification to operate forklifts safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality control processes: Previous involvement in quality assurance to maintain production standards.
