Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive software training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback.
• Update training content regularly to incorporate new software features.
• Facilitate both group workshops and individual training sessions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Lead initiatives to develop e-learning modules for remote training.
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to improve training outcomes.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps among employees.
• Support the onboarding process by providing initial training on key software tools.
• Create interactive learning resources that support various learning styles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Human Resources
• Relevant certifications in software or instructional design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering software training programs

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in software testing or quality assurance: Familiarity with software testing processes to improve training materials.
