Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to analyze financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams across the organization, providing expertise on financial systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and processes to propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize financial system performance.
• Assist in the implementation of new financial software solutions.
• Train staff on financial systems and processes.
• Prepare detailed reports for management on system performance and improvements.
• Identify areas for process automation and efficiency gains.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial systems analysis inclusive of relevant certifications.

Technical Skills

• financial software systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
• Data Analysis Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving

Certifications

• CPA or CFA preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the manufacturing sector: Knowledge of financial systems and reporting in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS): Understanding of IFRS and its application in financial reporting.
