Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will design and develop photovoltaic solar cells for a range of applications. You will perform simulations, conduct research, and collaborate with teams to bring new solar energy products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for new photovoltaic solar cells.
  • Utilize modeling and simulation software to enhance product efficiency.
  • Conduct experimental testing and characterization of solar cells.
  • Work with engineers and designers to develop integrated solar systems.
  • Participate in project planning and management for solar projects.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay updated on advancements in solar technology and materials.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree in relevant fields such as Renewable Energy is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in solar cell technology
