Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to blast surfaces of workpieces with abrasives to remove impurities and ensure high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize machinery for abrasive blasting on various workpieces to strip contaminants effectively.
• Monitor and adjust machinery settings for optimal blast surface outcomes.
• Conduct quality checks and document results of blasting processes.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with specific experience in blasting operations

Technical Skills

• Abrasive Materials Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
