Job Description

We are seeking skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to crush, grind, and polish materials to meet production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Configure machinery for optimal performance and efficiency during crushing and polishing.
• Regularly inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating heavy machinery.
• Assist in conducting troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain production standards.
• Keep work area organized and clean, in compliance with safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve operational skills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machinery operation is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with heavy machinery
