Seeking a dedicated Casting House Laborer to assist in the production process, you will be involved in preparing equipment and materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed throughout the casting operation.
Responsibilities
Help set up and operate casting equipment and machinery.
Inspect and clean castings post-production to maintain quality.
Trim excess material from castings as needed using hand tools.
Pack final products for delivery, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements.
Conduct routine maintenance on casting machinery to prevent downtime.
Assist in training new laborers in safe and effective operational procedures.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience
Prefer prior experience in metal casting or foundry operations.
