Utilities Technician

Job Description

As a Utilities Technician, you will play a vital role in the maintenance and repair of essential utility systems. This includes plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive maintenance on various utility systems to prolong service life.
• Perform diagnostic testing on all relevant utility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning utility systems.
• Document and report on system performance and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency response efforts and participate in safety drills.
• Train junior team members on safety protocols and maintenance best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in a technical field is preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in utilities system maintenance.
