Job Description

We are looking for a Non-Destructive Testing Specialist who will utilize advanced testing techniques to assess the integrity of materials and components. This role requires a meticulous approach to interpret testing data and communicate findings effectively with management and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct non-destructive testing on materials and components utilizing various methods.
  • Analyze and interpret data from NDT tests, preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and correct testing-related issues.
  • Keep NDT equipment well-maintained and properly calibrated.
  • Uphold compliance with all relevant industry standards and protocols.
  • Train and provide support to less experienced NDT technicians.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to optimize NDT processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of all NDT activities and findings.
  • Perform thorough inspections and evaluations of various materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • NDT Level III Certification or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NDT testing
Technical Skills
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Radiographic Testing (RT)
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT)
  • Eddy Current Testing (ECT)
Soft Skills

  • ASNT Certification in NDT Methods

Languages

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems: Understanding of quality standards relevant to manufacturing.

  • Project management experience: Ability to manage testing projects effectively.
