Job Description

As a Unit Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with both hardware and software products. Your role will involve resolving technical issues and providing top-notch customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for users.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer support inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct detailed troubleshooting for both software and hardware products.
  • Create and maintain documentation for support processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product training.
  • Monitor customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with the product team to relay customer insights.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding customer issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Associate's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
