Job Description
The Greenhouse Transplanter is responsible for transplanting seedlings into greenhouse beds, monitoring plant health, and ensuring the timely delivery of crops to customers. Candidates should have a strong understanding of horticulture principles and hands-on experience in greenhouse settings.
Responsibilities
- Support transplanting operations by preparing soil and beds for seedlings.
- Regularly assess plant health and respond to any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the greenhouse environment.
- Work alongside other staff for effective teamwork.
Requirements
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in horticulture, plant science, or related field
Experience
- Familiarity with greenhouse technology and growing practices is a plus.
