Job Description

As a Reservation Clerk at Hospitality Solutions Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will manage reservations, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless booking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing booking requests and cancellations efficiently.
  • Utilize reservation software to track and update bookings.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train new staff members on reservation processes and client service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations preferred
Technical Skills
  • Online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia)

Languages
