Campus Pastor

Job Description

As a Campus Pastor, you will play a vital role in fostering a spiritually enriching environment for our campus community. Your leadership will encompass planning engaging worship services, providing pastoral care, and collaborating with ministry teams to encourage student faith journeys.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus worship and religious activities.
• Provide compassionate care to students and staff.
• Plan programs that enhance spiritual growth.
• Guide students through their faith development.
• Work with other ministries for coordinated events.
• Engage in counseling and one-on-one discussions.
• Participate in outreach initiatives and community service.
• Conduct regular meetings with campus leaders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theology or Divinity
• Related master's degree preferred

Experience

• Strong understanding of Christian theology and principles

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of worship styles
• Engagement with diverse populations

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in languages other than English is a plus.
