Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders

Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will operate heel covering machines to produce high-quality footwear. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings for different types of materials used in heel coverings.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Help implement continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to address and correct any defects in production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience with heel covering machines is a plus
