Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team in the juice packaging division. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a skilled team, operating machinery and ensuring the efficient production and packaging of our juice products. A focus on quality and safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust machinery to meet production goals.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
• Collaborate with quality control to address product discrepancies.
• Help implement best practices in machine operation.
• Support inventory management by reporting supply needs.
• Engage in safety training and uphold workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of production and maintenance activities.
• Assist in material handling and storage for raw and finished products.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Machine operation skills
