• Monitor and document participant progress and outcomes throughout training.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
• Prepare instructional materials, including presentations and handouts.
• Collaborate with other educational professionals to ensure curriculum alignment.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new trainees.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in education or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience developing and delivering vocational training programs
