Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at HealthFirst Rehabilitation Center, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their physical capabilities. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to design and implement customized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs through clinical evaluations and diagnostic measures.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment protocols to achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Engage in direct patient interaction to facilitate recovery and mobility enhancement.
  • Provide education and resources to patients and families for improved recovery outcomes.
  • Record and track patient progress, adapting treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team approach to support comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Current state physical therapy license required
Experience
  • Experience in outpatient therapy preferred

Certifications
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
