Join our team as an Elevator Dispatcher, where you will monitor elevator systems, coordinate maintenance, and respond to emergencies to uphold safety and efficiency in our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee elevator system operations and resolve any operational issues.
• Act swiftly in emergencies to ensure safety and mitigate risks.
• Document all maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Work closely with building management to optimize elevator performance.
• Continuously evaluate elevator performance and suggest improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to building residents regarding elevator operations.
• Compiling daily reports on elevator performance and incident response.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in facilities management is a plus

Experience

• Familiarity with building maintenance and operations

Technical Skills

• Elevator dispatch software
• Basic computer hardware and networking tools
