Job Description

As a Contract Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the procurement and sourcing process for contract positions within our organization. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suitable candidates to meet our staffing needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top contract talent.
  • Conduct interviews and oversee assessments to evaluate candidate eligibility.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with candidates, ensuring favorable conditions.
  • Work closely with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Foster relationships with staffing agencies to improve candidate flow.
  • Conduct continuous candidate pipeline development to ensure readiness.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all sourcing activities in the ATS.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and changes in staffing regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in talent acquisition or sourcing are advantageous.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in contract sourcing.
