Join our manufacturing team as an Inspector where you'll ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and compliance. Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain the integrity of our production process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the forming process to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Detect and locate defects or irregularities in the forming process.
• Document and report any issues or anomalies found during inspections.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
• Provide detailed feedback to the production team to enhance overall quality.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in Quality Control or Inspection

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control practices and procedures.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Organizational Skills

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of Lean principles and their application in quality control.
• Certification in Quality Management: Possession of quality management certification is a plus.
