Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets and maintain response times.
  • Investigate and reproduce reported issues to find solutions.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the support team.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in the testing of new product releases and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certification in IT support is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
