Job Description

As a Pin Machine Operator at Premier Pins Manufacturing, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the operation of our pin making machines, ensuring that production standards are met consistently. This involves monitoring machine functionality, conducting regular quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire pin production process from setup to operation.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows.
• Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions and perform repairs as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations regarding workplace safety.
• Assist in the development of operational procedures and manuals.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and notify management when supplies are low.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating production machinery

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Technical troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Certifications

• Forklift Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
