Job Description

We are currently seeking dependable and efficient Stockers and Order Fillers to join our warehouse team. This role involves selecting, packing orders for shipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select items for order fulfillment using electronic systems.
• Label and package items for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
• Engage in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations set by the company.
• Document returns and handle them accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members effectively to achieve team goals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skill sets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with RF scanning equipment
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Advantageous

• OSHA training certifications: Understanding of workplace safety regulations is beneficial.
• Experience with cycle counting: Knowledge in conducting regular inventory audits will be an advantage.
