Job Description

As a To Go Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries related to to-go orders will be your primary focus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming to-go orders from various platforms and ensure they are fulfilled accurately.
  • Communicate with customers about order status, delays, or changes effectively.
  • Work in conjunction with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
  • Utilize POS systems and online ordering platforms to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Train new staff on to-go procedures and customer service standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and customer feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience handling cash: Prior experience in cash handling and operating cash registers.
