Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Teacher to foster a stimulating learning atmosphere for children aged 3-6. Your role will involve collaboration with staff, and regular communication with parents about their child's development.

Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate Montessori curriculum.
• Assess and adjust instruction based on child progress.
• Provide individual and group lessons to children.
• Engage in continuous improvement of teaching practices.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with faculty.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Education
• Master's Degree in Education is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a teaching role, preferably in Montessori settings
