Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the efficient operation of drying equipment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and regulating equipment parameters, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with team members to optimize output.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drying operations and adjust equipment settings as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of drying equipment for maintenance and safety checks.
• Document production quantities and quality control metrics.
• Work with Quality Control Inspectors to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Assist in training new employees in equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification or training in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
