We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Setter and Operator to join our growing team. This role involves operating and maintaining woodworking machinery, ensuring equipment runs smoothly, and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Run the Skoog Patching Machine effectively, ensuring continuity in production.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
Conduct quality checks on finished products.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols in the workshop.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Training and mentoring junior machine operators.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report when supplies are low.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in the woodworking industry is preferred.
