Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Twister Hand Spinner to enhance our production line. As part of our dedicated team, you'll operate twisting machinery and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate twisting machines in accordance with production requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure that finished products meet quality standards.
• Help develop and refine production processes for increased efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies related to production.
• Implement best practices for safety and workplace ergonomics.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Report any safety hazards or unsafe practices immediately to a supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating twisting machinery
