Job Description

Be a part of our compassionate healthcare team as a Medical Assistant. You will be instrumental in supporting both doctors and patients, conducting vital signs assessments, preparing patients for examinations, and ensuring quality patient care through effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Record patient progress and update electronic health records promptly.
• Assist patients with mobility and personal care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and patient safety initiatives.
• Relay critical information regarding patient status to medical staff.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as billing and coding, if trained.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Patient Care Techniques

Certifications

• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
