Compliance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to ensure our operations meet relevant privacy regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with legal, IT, and cross-functional teams to develop effective compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of privacy compliance strategies.
• Assess and improve current privacy policies and practices.
• Conduct employee training sessions on privacy and compliance.
• Work with IT to ensure appropriate security controls are applied.
• Evaluate third-party contracts for compliance with privacy requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to promote compliance initiatives.
• Document compliance processes and performance for auditing purposes.
• Analyze compliance trends and produce reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certification in privacy laws preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in compliance or privacy roles
