Responsibilities
Develop innovative programs that engage youth and respond to their spiritual needs.
Foster relationships with youth and their families, providing counseling and support.
Lead weekly gatherings, events, and retreats designed for youth engagement.
Equip volunteers to assist with programs and ensure effective delivery.
Integrate youth into the church community through collaboration with ministry teams.
Monitor current trends affecting youth and address them within the ministry.
Coordinate youth-led services and events, empowering youth leadership.
Ensure proper management of the youth ministry budget.
Encourage youth to take active roles in service projects within the community.
Maintain a supportive and nurturing environment where youth can thrive.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Theology or Religious Studies is a plus.
Ordination or certification in youth ministry is preferred.
Experience
3+ years of experience working with youth in a ministry context.
