Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Puff Ironer to join our team. The Puff Ironer will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial-grade puff ironing equipment to press and shape various fabrics. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of fabric care and ironing techniques are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot puff ironing machines.
• Perform quality checks on finished fabrics to ensure they meet company standards.
• Adjust machine settings based on fabric types and ironing requirements.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff on proper ironing techniques and machine operation.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss workflow and production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years operating puff ironing machines or similar equipment.
