Job Description

As a Mold Partner, you will work closely with specialists to set up and execute effective mold remediation strategies. This role requires expertise in operating relevant machinery and a strong background in manufacturing processes. You'll be a vital part of our project execution team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds for production and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in inventory management of mold-related supplies.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members on equipment operation.
  • Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines.
  • Investigate mold-related complaints and develop resolutions.
  • Participate in monthly safety meetings and training.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry regulations.
  • Utilize software for documenting mold procedures and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced training in environmental regulation preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a related manufacturing role
