Job Description

Join our team as a Spinner Tender where you'll be responsible for the operation of spinning machines that create premium yarn. This role includes monitoring settings, performing maintenance, and ensuring we meet our production goals while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and monitor spinning machines to produce yarn efficiently.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines.
• Inspect and ensure quality control for produced yarn.
• Document production data and machine performance metrics.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and leadership.
• Train new hires in safe operation of machinery and quality standards.
• Collaborate on production schedules with other departments.
• Stay up-to-date with machine technology and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
