Job Description

We are seeking skilled Audio and Video Technicians to manage and operate our cutting-edge equipment for corporate events. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and adept at ensuring the seamless execution of audiovisual components.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and test audiovisual systems before events.
  • Monitor equipment performance throughout events.
  • Assist in developing project plans for AV setups.
  • Implement solutions for any technical issues during events.
  • Document and report on equipment condition.
  • Create user guides for event staff on equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with production staff to enhance event experiences.
  • Evaluate new technology and recommend upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with industry health and safety standards.
  • Support post-event evaluations to improve future performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 2-4 years in audiovisual production or live events.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of AV technology
  • Knowledge of lighting design
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
Certifications
  • Certifications in lighting design are a plus.
Languages
  • English: Fluent
