Job Description
We are seeking skilled Audio and Video Technicians to manage and operate our cutting-edge equipment for corporate events. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and adept at ensuring the seamless execution of audiovisual components.
Responsibilities
Prepare and test audiovisual systems before events.
Monitor equipment performance throughout events.
Assist in developing project plans for AV setups.
Implement solutions for any technical issues during events.
Document and report on equipment condition.
Create user guides for event staff on equipment usage.
Collaborate with production staff to enhance event experiences.
Evaluate new technology and recommend upgrades.
Ensure compliance with industry health and safety standards.
Support post-event evaluations to improve future performance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
At least 2-4 years in audiovisual production or live events.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of AV technology
Knowledge of lighting design
Soft Skills
Problem-solving skills
Organizational skills
Certifications
Certifications in lighting design are a plus.
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience in live streaming technology: Proficient in using platforms like Vimeo and YouTube Live for streaming events.
