Job Description

In this role, you will evaluate and analyze costs for various construction projects. You'll be tasked with negotiating contracts, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with internal teams to create comprehensive cost estimates that align with project goals and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate project costs and prepare reports for management review.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to safeguard company interests.
  • Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to optimize project budgets.
  • Ensure all project costs align with financial forecasts and company policies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on cost trends and benchmarks.
  • Review and assess contracts from a legal and financial perspective.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant contracting laws and regulations.
  • Participate in business development activities to support new proposals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related field

Certifications
  • CCEA or equivalent certification preferred
