Production Worker - Gusset Maker

Job Description

As a Gusset Maker, you will play a crucial role in our production team, responsible for creating gussets that reinforce the seams of clothing. You will operate sewing machines and work closely with technical drawings to ensure high quality and adherence to design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and attach gussets to clothing items following design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Keep an accurate record of production metrics.
• Troubleshoot any issues during the sewing process.
• Assist in meeting production quotas and deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and updates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Textile Production or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in the textile or apparel industry

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation

Certifications

• Textile Production Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
