We're on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist who excels in providing technical assistance and support to our users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation across our systems. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
  • Document and track support tickets using an IT service management tool.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on new systems or software.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline IT processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of IT support experience
