Job Description

We are seeking a Mental Health Program Manager to lead our mental health initiatives, ensuring high-quality care delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management within the mental health sector and a passion for improving community mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the mental health programs.
  • Ensure appropriate resources are allocated for effective service delivery.
  • Engage clients and their families in program design and evaluation.
  • Advocate for mental health awareness and access to services.
  • Report to senior management on program outcomes and developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in counseling or a related field
  • Certification in project management is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in program development and mental health services
