Job Description

Join our team as a Textile, Apparel, and Furnishings Worker, where you will oversee production processes. We seek individuals with a strong understanding of textile manufacturing and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during production.
• Assist in the design and development of new textile products.
• Maintain accurate records of production data.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Engage in troubleshooting machinery issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical degree in Textile Technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in related fields such as apparel design or manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with production software
• Quality Assurance Techniques

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Quality Management Systems: Hands-on experience in implementing quality management systems.
• Bilingual Skills are a Plus: Ability to communicate in Spanish or another language is advantageous.
