We are seeking skilled Prepress Technicians and Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for plate mounting, print preparation, and ensuring the highest quality standards in the printing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final checks on finished prepress jobs.
• Assist in the development of workflow protocols.
• Train new staff on prepress techniques and equipment use.
• Coordinate with shipping for timely deliveries of printed materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and printing technology.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Printing Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in prepress operations

Technical Skills

• Prepress software proficiency
• Print production knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Graphic Communications Manager (CGCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with printing presses: Practical experience operating and maintaining printing presses.
