Job Description

As a Field Supervisor at Dynamic Constructors, you will oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, with a passion for leading teams and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily field operations comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Supervise field staff, facilitating training and development opportunities.
  • Schedule and allocate resources effectively for various projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all field activities.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers regarding progress and issues.
  • Conduct proactive safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among all field personnel.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts or issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field
  • Professional certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role in construction
