Job Description

As a Cooks, Short Order, you will play a vital role in our catering operations, preparing and serving food at various events. We're seeking culinary enthusiasts who excel in a fast-paced environment, committed to delivering quality and satisfaction to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Cook and prepare menu items with precision and quality.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to plan for food service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
  • Create unique and appealing dish presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items.
  • Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
  • Manage food preparation timelines to ensure timely service.
  • Respond effectively to customer feedback and adjust menus accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary arts degree is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-volume catering environments.
