Job Description

We are seeking motivated Helpers to assist in production activities within our facility. The ideal candidates will facilitate operations by supporting various departments and ensuring products meet specifications. Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in machine maintenance activities.
• Follow production schedules and deadlines.
• Report machine malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in packaging and labeling of products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within manufacturing is a significant plus.
